Less is Better - Reducing meat consumption in Cambridge colleges
The project (at least this phase) has come to an end, and the dissertation has been submitted. I am now developing it into a manuscript for publication hopefully asap. The analysis shows clearly how gatekeeping concerns around the hedonic and functional properties of meal options dominate decision-making in this study population. Next step is to develop interventions targeting these key barriers to dietary transition in the study population - watch this space.
